A day-by-day feel
Day 1 · morning
Hotel pickup to the Giant Buddha
Our car picks you up at your hotel, in Chengdu or Leshan (about a 2–2.5 hour drive from Chengdu); if you add a companion, they meet you at the hotel too. Enter the Giant Buddha with your passport and see it by stairway or river boat.
Day 1 · afternoon
Leshan to Mount Emei
Lunch on Leshan specialities, then a short transfer to Mount Emei (under an hour). Check into your hotel.
Day 2 · pre-dawn
Golden Summit sunrise
Early shuttle and cable car to the Golden Summit for sunrise, the sea of clouds and the golden Puxian statue.
Day 2 · afternoon
Descend & drop-off
Descend at a relaxed pace. Our car takes you back to your hotel, in Chengdu or Leshan.

- Private car with driver for both days, for 2–3 people (¥600 a day from Leshan)

- Long-distance fee if we pick you up at a Chengdu hotel: ¥400 for each day (¥800 for 2 days)
- Entrance tickets, shuttle buses, cable cars and river boat (paid by you directly)
- Meals, drinks and personal expenses
- Hotel room cost (booked at your chosen level)
- A room for the night for your driver (and companion, if you add one)
