Morning
Hotel pickup
Your driver picks you up at your hotel and your private car for the day starts here; if you add a companion, they meet you at the hotel too. From a Chengdu hotel the drive is about 2–2.5 hours; from a Leshan hotel you head straight to the Buddha.

Leshan Giant Buddha Scenic Area
Enter by scanning your passport. Choose the cliff stairway down past the Buddha, or a river boat for the head-on view. We help you pick based on crowds and your energy.

Break for Leshan classics — bobo chicken, qiaojiao beef soup or sweet-skin duck — ordered and translated for you.

Oriental Buddha Park or Wuyou Temple (optional)

Back to your hotel
The car takes you back to your hotel, in Chengdu or Leshan. From a Chengdu hotel, the whole day is 10–11 hours of service.
